The property was overall clean. We were able to park on the property while we went on our cruise. We caught a shuttle from the hotel to the port of Miami but for some reason they don’t have one from the port of Miami back to the hotel. One of our vehicles did look as though it was tampered with when we got home so keep that in mind if you happen to leave your vehicle on the property.

Our flight was cancelled, looked at different hotels. We came across Comfort Suites, we made the right choice. The rooms are big and clean, the front desk was very helpful. The place was quiet and no noises from the neighbouring rooms. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to and from the airport which is a bonus. Checking in was prompt and speedy. Breakfast is booked all together with the room, I enjoyed the breakfast, very health and not too busy I would definitely recommend this hotel

Front desk Ms. Hillary is really helpful and told us about the option of storing our baggage’s even after we checked out. That is very nice of her because our flight is 6pm and we had to check out at 11am.
