Location was amazing, but the room itself was not pleasant. I only stayed for one night and the worst part was a massive cockroach that I had to kill. As well as a faint scent of urine throughout the suite, I then found splashes of urine still on the restroom floor and yellow splashes still on the toilet seat that I had to clean myself in order to use. In addition, I don't believe the sheets were changed because there was quite a bit of hair already on and in the bed sheets upon arrival. I travel often and never write reviews, but this was rough.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The location is great, just far enough off of the main strip of ocean drive that you don’t hear all the noise but close enough that you’re super close to the beach and the restaurants. As I did not give 5-stars because the walls were so poorly insulated for soundproofing that we could hear everything from the room next door to us. Also, while it was a clean smell, too many chemicals are used in the facility, very over powering (could also be an airfreshener) but it was in the lobby and the room, very very strong. Overall though, if you’re okay with noise form the neighbours this is a good place to stay and reasonably priced!

If you want a budget stay this is your place. AC not reliable. Sheets don’t stay in place on mattress. Mattress old. Machine pumps scent into air that is overwhelmingly strong in common areas. Our room smelled musty. Price is right. If you want anything other than a room you will not get it. No freezer for medicine when needed. No baggage hold. No recommendations for area. Room only. Nothing extra.

Location was great, but windows are thin and noise level from the street is high. Water pressure was awful in the shower. Bed was very comfortable and check in was easy. Over priced, but it was NYE on Ocean Dr so to be expected I guess.

Great location!! And cozy room but didn’t feel so clean and we saw two cockroaches in our bathroom. Staff seemed unfazed and said it must be due to being on the first floor. Location is the best though. Access easy to everything.
