I stayed at the Moxy Miami South Beach for my solo birthday trip and had the BEST experience. The staff was unbelievably sweet—there was a beautiful Jamaican woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name!) who truly set the tone. I arrived at 9am hoping for early check-in, and she went above and beyond to get me into a room well before 4pm. Until then, I was able to lounge by the pool all morning, which was honestly perfect. The pool area is stunning—great energy, super clean, and such a vibe. My room was also perfect for a solo traveler: cozy, modern, and I loved the open hanging space instead of a traditional closet. It made everything feel easy and organized. The beach is literally a 2-minute walk, and the hotel gives you two complimentary beach chairs with your stay. Such a pleasant surprise and truly made my beach days effortless. Overall, such a warm, fun, convenient place to stay

Rooms are vert small but clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I loved that it was close to everything and I coukd walk to most places I wanted to visit. I would recommend this hotel but I dont think I would stay here again but that is because I really enjoy having a balcony whenever I travel to a place with warm weather.

Positive: Friendly staff, great location, loved the ocean view room on 6th floor with huge floor to ceiling windows, comfortable beds, great shower, quiet and effective AC. Super comfortable and very cool rooftop area to sit out. Negative: Struggled to move around in double-Queen room since it’s so compact and we were travelling with a lot of luggage, and very few places to recharge devices or to store anything. Tripping over each other and our stuff all the time. It worked okay for 2 nights but we’d need more space and in-room amenities for a longer stay. But thanks for the pleasant stay overall and shout-out to the woman at check-in who was so nice!
