We booked this room last minute and was pleasantly surprised at how cheap the room was. The room was nice and clean. It was very close to the beach. The room also included two beach lounge chairs at estebans place which was nice. The room did charge a fee if you wanted the room cleaned which wasnt a big deal for us as we didnt need it, but something to consider. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting close access to the beach and shops on collins ave.

This is my 4th time staying here and it was not as the last three times. I reserved a regular room and was assigned a handicap accessible room and the restroom was set up differently than what I’ve been used to. Also, the hot water kept running out. And the AC unit didn’t work on auto mode, I had to keep adjusting it the whole time.

The hotel itself was nice. The elevator wasn’t working, which was a bummer since I had a leg injury at the time, but otherwise the location was great for walking to the beach and shops.

Amazing loacation

Beautiful space, easy check-in and check-out, and very clean. Bathroom had an odd smell in the afternoon/evenings, assuming because of the pipe work we saw being done on the main floor. The room itself was comfortable, but the AC unit would fully shut off then on, leaving long bouts of heat and cold which was difficult while sleeping. Elevator was down, and we were on the second floor, so it was tough to fold up the stroller with bags and a little one. Otherwise, we did leave it on the main floor for an afternoon without worry it would get stolen or tampered with. Location is one block away from Espinola Way and one block away from Ocean Dr, which was superb. Across from Walgreens as well (for when we needed adult bevs, water, sunscreen, snacks, beach toys). Direct access to beach on 14th St with shower and restroom stations, so very convenient. Easy walk down Ocean Dr and Ocean Dr Boardwalk. Our longest walk to Joe’s Stone Crab / South Pointe Beach was about 30min, which was an easy walk with a stroller for our little one through the boardwalk.

Great place close to the beach!

Staff were great! The elevator was not working and one of them offered to carry my luggage upstairs! Bartender had great recommendations and was super friendly. Someone I was speaking with online was very responsive and recommended places to store our luggage. I would stay here again!

the elevator was out but if you don’t mind walking up stairs this place is a great option. Close to everything.. very clean and virtual check in and help.. i liked it better than a regular check in.. and the management is super informative and responsive in text.
