While our room faced the building next to us, the atmosphere and character of the hotel was top notch. My hotel experience was relaxing and memorable from start to finish. When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly, making me feel welcomed right away. Great location. Great staff, helpful and very nice, especially Philip and Alessandro. They went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. Restaurant is good and the restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and they have quality linen. I will recommend the hotel.

It's on a relatively calm end of Ocean Drive in South Beach. Lots of places were walkable. Things were clean and quiet up on the third floor. Alejandro was able to take care of any needs or questions I had. Know that the resort fees cover two chairs at a specific vendor at the beach, but an umbrella costs an extra $20.
