An amazing find. The rooms were modern, fresh & immaculately presented. We both opted for King rooms. The beds were great and the additional amenities including the beach towels and in room coffee and tea were great. Dressing gowns and good quality bathroom linen. Abbey on site was fantastic and constantly went the extra mile to ensure that we were well looked after. Emails prior to arrival were responded to and actioned promptly. It was nice that Abbey recognised I was drinking mint tea and stocked my supplies up appropriately! The hotel is in a quiet area so no interrupted sleep but only a block away from some amazing restaurants for both breakfast and dinner along with the Miami Beach nightlife. South beach beaches, are a short walk away and easily accessible. The 150 bus from Miami Airport to Washington Avenue / 2nd Street is a very cost effective and convenient way to access the hotel from Miami International. The hotel is also close to the Miami Beach Trolley for free travel around the Miami Beach Area.

This being such a new hotel they have a few things to sort out. The safes, the contact #, and a few more. The employee at reception, Abby was lovely & helpful. She helped with any issues immediately. Our King suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed and large shower and two sinks. I would stay here again.

Great design touches! The woman at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. Stayed in King suite, nice size for 1 or 2 with his and hers stand alone sinks. 🚿 Was great water pressure and spacious. Furniture and coffee/tea set-up very nice. Love location, quiet and green yet just a couple of blocks from big action! No pool but didn't miss it. Nice garden for morning ☕.
