When I went into the room all the lights were on, the A/C unit was set on 61 degrees, the TV was on and the volume was way up. They must use a swiffer or just water to mop the floors. They need to use soap and water. When you hear suction as you cross the floor you need to figure out what is causing it."

"We immediately left after seeing bugs. We didn't stay; instead, we found another hotel. Your room had hair stains and small black dried bugs either bed bugs or fleas on the sheets. When we entered and turned on the AC, small bugs or fleas jumped onto my hand, and also near the refrigerator. I feel like this hotel is a zero and probably attracts streetwalkers, not a place I want to be."
