The entire facility seemed newly renovated. It was close to restaurants and stores, and had the convenience of a small market across the street. My reservation was 11 days, and was told we would have housekeeping and linens changed on the 5th day. This never happened. In fact, when I spoke to the front desk, they informed me that they were short staffed, so housekeeping was limited. This was our only complaint. We were able to keep our room tidy, and swapped our dirty linens for new ones at the front desk if they were available. Tim was extremely helpful and welcoming upon check-in. Kudos to Tim for his great customer service.

We had a great experience. Room was spacious and clean (except the fridge had stuff in it) the beds were very comfortable. We had a little kitchenette. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

You get what you pay for so it was good for the price. Great access to restaurants, Walmart, etc. Very basic amenities, dog friendly and front desk always able to give you fresh towels, etc. WiFi worked great the 1st week but not the 2nd. Room didn't ever get cleaned the 2 weeks we were there because they said they didn't have time to clean on weekends (we were working remote M-F in meetings). If you're not expecting luxury, this place is fine. We felt safe and there is a good area to walk your dog, they provide poop bags outside.

Very nice room but when I arrived (at 2:00 a.m.) and started my own cleaning of the bathroom there was a blue terry cloth rag in the toilet (I have pictures) as if a cleaner dropped it and left it there.The front desk girl, who was very apologetic, after 20 min. had to come herself and remove it.The same day when daylight broke my son who has allergies to dogs and dust started to wheeze, cough and sneeze. I couldn’t figure out why. He had an early game so we left and when we returned and opened the blinds, we see the room was filthy with dog hair, dust, crumbs of food all over the floor, under the bed and under heater.The chair at the desk had a stain as if the previous guest spilled juice and didn’t clean it. The green reclining chair also had a stain on the leg lift part. I have pictures. My black tights even had dog hair on them. I proceeded to talk to the front desk person (Hispanic male) who informed me no one was available to clean; ridiculous. He stated they were at full capacity and no other rooms. He offered me towels and I had to use my own cleaning products I traveled with to HAND MOP the floors, clean both chairs and wipe down counter and stove top. This room was definitely not cleaned in a month. Only the linen and towels seemed to be changed. The money back he offered was not merely enough to make up for the lack luster service and cleanliness. I am not one to complain and leave reviews, but this is the worst experience I ever had and I travel every other month.

The kitchen/room was empty, no cups (plastic, paper or otherwise), no coffee maker, nothing....the only thing not nailed down was an ice bucket. Furthermore, the lobby only has coffee during breakfast hours. Very noisy hallway and upstairs, just a horrible experience.
