Did not check in. Reception staff were helpful and honest, but did not have a room ready 3 hours after check in time, due to not enough staff on the cleaning crew. Reception and the lobby were visibly dirty. Opted to cancel reservations and find another room someplace else.

Very Poor Management. Over booked and understaffed. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk. It was obvious that the guy at the front desk had more going on than one person could handle. Our reserved room was not ready on time. The guy at the front desk was told by somebody on the phone to give us another room, not knowing that it was already occupied. We actually walked in on somebody that already had the room. We were then asked to wait or return after a half hour or so while our reserved room was cleaned by the same guy that was running the front desk. On the second day our keys stopped working so we had to return to the front desk to get them reactivated where we listened to another customer be told that his reserved room was not ready.

Good: 1. The refrigerator was impressively large — bigger than most places we’ve stayed. 2. The room size and bed comfort were definitely above average. 3. The location was very convenient — just a few miles from the freeway and close to a large shopping area. Not So Good: 1. The room door needed some serious muscle to open — I joked with my daughter that we might not make it to breakfast if we got hungry inside! 2. Breakfast was below standard and could use some improvement. 3. No in-room coffee setup; the front desk gave us a coffee machine, but we had to buy our own coffee supplies. 4. Only one trash bin, located in the bathroom (a bit inconvenient for other areas of the room). Summary: An okay stay overall — clean, comfortable bed, convenient location, and good value for the price. Just a few quirks to keep in mind. You get what you pay for!
