I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was very quiet, which made for a relaxing visit, and it was conveniently located close to everything I needed. Parking was a big plus — easy to find and free, which isn’t always the case! The only downside was that the bathroom shower could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn’t a major issue. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again for the comfort and convenience.

I originally checked in for one week, but I enjoyed it so much I extended for 2 weeks. Everyone was so nice and friendly at the hotel. Veronica & Lena helped me extend my stay and they are both fabulous. Tony, Melissa and Kaitlen from the restaraunt/bar area were all exceptionally friendly and accomadating while we had several guests up to the hotel for drinks and food. I will definately be staying here again when I come to Chandler.

Room was on 4th floor, overlooking the pool and the outside noise was fine (excepting thunder/lightning storms). However, we had several nights during our week long stay that the room above on the 5th floor was quite noisy late at night with a possible party going on at 12 am-1am. We had several issues with the room - the sheet on one of the beds was literally threadbare and ready to be thrown away - not sure why it was placed on the bed. Part way through the week, the shower drain started backing up, and the water pressure also dropped, and some of the lighting near the night did not work. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. Breakfast was very good, but was made to order and was not included. The room did not have drawers to put your clothes in, which was inconvenient, and meant living out of your suitcase. The beds were very comfortable. The location next to lots of restaurants, and a shopping area was great, and had good access to freeways, for getting to downtown.

We were told that we could request daily housekeeping and we did. We only received it once during our stay. We had no soap and it was never refilled. Front staff shouldn't offer daily housekeeping if it won't be done. The front desk person said that the pool was heated and it is not. He needs to be properly informed. Very loud in the early morning hours with trucks beeping 3-4am and landscaping - grass cutting and power blowers - at 5am.

There’s a glitch in the reservation when we arrived but the lady at the front desk fixed it within 15 mins. Also , the shades cord broke and they came in fix it right away. Overall our experience was great. The bar and restaurant as very convenient too!

The room was very clean. Keurig needs cleaning Refrigerator wasn't as cold as we wanted wasn't able to adjust. The staff was amazing we checked in after 11pm staff was very pleasant made check in so easy. Love the self check at the micro mart and available 24/7.
