My experience at Vee Quiva was disappointing from start to finish. The room did not meet basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. When I checked in, the room felt neglected—furniture and surfaces looked like they hadn’t been properly wiped down, the floors weren’t fully cleaned, and there was a noticeable odor.
I also experienced issues with the amenities advertised. Several features were unavailable or not functioning as expected, and there was no staff follow-up when issues were reported. The front desk was polite, but nothing was resolved during my stay, and I felt unsupported when asking for assistance.
Considering the price and reputation of this property, I expected a much better experience. This stay was a disappointment, and I believe a credit or partial refund would be appropriate given the inconvenience and lack of value received.
