Check-in was confusing and stressful. I was initially told there were no rooms available and that my reservation had been canceled by Expedia, only to be called back later and told that was a mistake and my room was available after all. Communication with staff was difficult due to a language barrier, which made the situation even more frustrating. The room itself was okay, but I didn’t sleep well because of constant noise and loud creaking from the floor above. I also requested extra blankets and was told they were in the washer and would be delivered later, but they never arrived — it seems there weren’t enough clean blankets available for guests. Overall, not a relaxing stay
