Great hotel. Only issue was having to ask for new towels and toilet paper. We were there 6 nights so thought someone would have come in to refresh. Other than that an excellent stay and we never had breakfast, so couldn’t rate that. Thank you!

This is second year in a row that I have used Cambria in Evergreen Walk for our Thanksgiving trip. This is also the second year in a row the front desk has overcharged me and taken every single penny out of my bank account due to "technical difficulties". I dont know if theyre benefitting from these overcharges and refunds somehow or if they're actually just that incompetent. Either way, I am dumbfounded and regretful that I allowed this situation to happen a second time. Learned my lesson, will not be booking with Cambria south windsor again.

Very clean hotel. Nice outdoor seating area. All staff was friendly and helpful. I got a chicken sandwich and fries from the restaurant it was pretty good. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Spacious, room was clean, room was nice and cold, good location Cons: Room was on first floor by amenities so it was noisy, shower took long time to warm up, the shower situation was weird with just a glass panel and no curtain or closing so water got everywhere, the tv was very outdated couldn’t connect apps or phone to it, fridge was so cold it froze our drinks
