Pros: Spacious, room was clean, room was nice and cold, good location Cons: Room was on first floor by amenities so it was noisy, shower took long time to warm up, the shower situation was weird with just a glass panel and no curtain or closing so water got everywhere, the tv was very outdated couldn’t connect apps or phone to it, fridge was so cold it froze our drinks

Wonderful stay here. It was only one night but the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved my king bed. It took a little bit for the water to get warm in the shower but it was a great shower. 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 nights and were very disappointed. First of all, we got a handicapp room. It was bigger, which was nice, but clearly hadn't been attended to at all. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were ALL empty. The shower head was very high on the wall and the water was a stream. The toilet seat was not screwed down, so it moved when trying to sit on it. The Kleenex box was empty. The coffee station wasn't restocked. The hot water and cold water faucet was reversed. And in the bathroom, it was very dark over the mirror and hard to see. When we checked in, they didn't tell us we didn't get our room serviced daily unless we asked, so we were very surprised that when we got back the first day, our room wasn't take care of, especially since the shower bottles were empty. When we asked the front desk, they had HUGE attitude toward us and said we were supposed to ask!!! The entire staff seemed to have negatitive attitudes. I wonder why that is. The only person who was really nice was Jessica, the bartender. She was accommodating and very nice It is a shame as we stay at Cambria hotels all the time, but this experience was poor!!!

Great room!! I don’t like that the room is cleaned every 3 days instead of everyday but it’s available upon request. Many options for food in side the hotel and also walking distance in the shopping complex. Loved the room for the price, will absolutely stay back here if back in this area
