Our room was ok but the temp was inconsistent. It was warm in the room but the bathroom was cold! We could hear all types of noises through out the night. I heard a train twice, some equipment type racket somewhere in the hall. The heat was loud when it went on and off and you could hear outside noise. The elevators were very cold too. Free breakfast is offered 7am to 10am. We went at 8:45 and got the last 2 syrofoam plates. They had hash brown potatoes, sausage patties and what appeared to be overcooked fried eggs. There was one egg left and my husband had it bc I skipped it. It didn’t look appetizing at all. The hash browns were cold. The sausage patties weren’t bad. The Breakfast pastries and muffins were wiped out. There were 2 bagels left, we had those. No bowls for the cereal. 1 apple was in a bowl and they had yogurt cups. No one came to refill any of the hot food choices they offered. There were no plates left so people got in line and walked away. About 30 min after we sat, around 9:15, we saw them bring out bagels and bread for toast and followed 5 min later with muffins and danish. Plates and bowls came out last! Breakfast was mediocre, at best! The coffee was good. Considering we went before 9, most of items were wiped out and no one came to check on food and supplies. Several people just left with no food. The staff was curtious and conscientious. The hotel is rundown, especially the common areas and the garage. It is right next to the train station and as a light sleeper, I could hear the screeching of the tracks in the middle of the night. My daughter who was with me didn’t hear anything, but just a note of caution for fellow light sleepers. Room was clean, just dated.

The hotel lobby had one lamp on and no AC on. Felt very uninviting and COLD walking into the hotel. Got our room and it was locked from the inside AND a smoke alarm, low battery was going off. Requested a new room. The beds were VERY firm, the bathtub drain was backup so I was standing in 2inches of water every shower. Only 1 towel was provided (2 people stayed in the room). Sounded like people were doing WWE upstairs and the halls smelled of weed. A security hold of $100 was charged TWICE. The only good thing about the stay was the view of the Capitol building from our room and the distance to PeopleBank Arena. I highly recommend staying away from this hotel.

The hotel and our room was clean. The check in process was easy. The reason I gave them a three rating is because the TV did not work and apparently hadn’t been for a few days. Also, I called in the morning and asked if we could check in at 2:00 and was told yes. But when we arrived, they said they made a mistake and we couldn’t.

The room was average; it was not cleaned properly. For example, where the soaps are you can tell that it was there for a bit without being moved. The remote was not working properly and was dirty, I was able to use my Clorox wipes to wipe it down. The bed base was showing and it was dirty. My daughter's socks were really dirty after walking on it for an hour, had to throw it away. The parking between yours and the airgarage could have been explained more. I ended up paying $46 for parking there less than 24 hours.
