Everything was super clean - room, bathroom, halls. And smells clean, a big factor for me. I use a walker, and there was plenty of room to get around including in the bathroom.

Room was next to noisy neighbors. Room also smelled of chemical cleaners that made my daughter feel sick. She stayed two of the five nights, and you are refusing to refund the three nights she did not use. Obviously we will never stay at a Best Western again

I travel alot with son's travel soccer and stay at plentyof hotels. This is the first hotel stay, that the bedding smelled and felt fresh... Thumbs 👍 to the staff that made that happen!! Overall the hotel was very clean, quiet and cozy. The mall, movie theater, restaurant's and other shops are within10 minutes from the location. They just need to improve the breakfast the eggs were horrible and the pancake machine should be exchanged with a waffle maker, because the pancakes were raw and didn't taste good at all. I will stay here again when i come back to Connecticut in several months.
