The front desk staff was excellent. They acknowledged that I am a Hilton Honors member. The room was nice - comfortable bed, TV worked fine. I had breakfast with friends at the Marriott a few blocks away, and I was blown away. Why can’t the Hilton offer a good breakfast? Why don’t you offer free coffee for guests? a Sorry, but compared to the Marriott, Hilton amenities are very cheap.

The cleaning staff began banging on our door at 8:46am when checkout wasn't until noon.. after saying we weren't checking out until then we heard loud rude comments outside with noise that continued until we forcefully left , it seems odd there'd be a checkout time if the staff is going to try to kick you out 3hrs before hand, after I had a long day taking the bar exam the day before
