"This property is large and comfortable. Be ready for many many steps. Nice extra touches such as staple TP, paper towels, laundry pods, Dishwashing soap, and trash bags. Beautiful little travel sized necessities in all bathrooms. Some touch up maintenance would not hurt and fresh beach equipment is needed. Overall, very very nice. Furniture is fresh and comfortable. Hangers in the closets as well as extra blankets. One mention, I would have liked a mop, broom and vacuum for small touchups through the week. I recommend this property, its convenience to shape and the beach is wonderful. Your property manager, Carolyn was most helpful and goes above and beyond. Do take her recommendation for eating out, she is spot on."

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal at the Sandbar the last night we were there. We liked visuting the various piers and shops around the island. Once again there are different sections you can explore and go to for this. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider going again down the road."
