"Their breakfast was not very good. They had people outside working making noise until late at night. The air conditioning was very loud."

"Floors stick,slippey and grimy. Mentioned it right away for a new room but one wasn't available. Staff Would not send a housekeeper to mop. No discount given when asked. I used 2 towels to clean it myself, shown in pictures attached"

"We didn't realize when we booked this that it's a vacation club or in better terms a timeshare. There was a lot of pressure for us to go listen to a two hour spiel but we declined. When we checked in, we said we were not interested, but someone called us our first morning there and asked what we were doing for the day and then asked if we would be coming to the spiel. The accommodations were nice but very dated. They definitely need to update and remodel. The best part was the lazy river."

"The breakfast was good and fresh. The rooms was clean, the workers was great. The only problem I had in my room was the microwave didn’t work or my refrigerator. But when I told them they came right away and took care of it without and attitude. I love the stay because it was like 4 minutes maybe to the Air Force Base. My son will be there til August so I will be coming back to stay there "

"Room was cleaned but bedspread had a huge hole in it. Breakfast was OK but the pool was ice cold. Great location and would stay again."
