"ONCE I ARRIVED SAM AT FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEN I WALKED INTO MY ROOM AND I SEEN MY TOILET SEAT HAD URINE STAINS. I QUICKLY WENT DOWN STAIRS AND NOTIFY SAM AND HE SEND HOUSKEEPER TO CLEAN ONCE AGAIN. THE POOL WAS GREEN AND THE HOT TUB, THE PERSON WHO IS IN CHARGE SHOULD MAKE THE POOL AREA A LITTLE BIT MORE APPEALING. OTHERWISE THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY STAY 1 NIGHT. BUT SAM IS A GREAT PERSON AND ON IT."

"This property was the worst ever. The bed sheets was black and nasty the bathtub has mold and the room smelled like mold. Property was a mess and everything was stained. The front counter was not responding to the rooms and i left and got a refund. While i was getting my refund 4 other families that had just gotten there returned to the office to get a refund as well. I had never seen such a nasty hotel in my life!"
