My stay at the best. Western was great. But unfortunately, I was double charged because your guys's virtual credit card was declined. And I gave the front desk agent at best. Western my card, thinking that she was going to run it for incidentals, but no I ended up getting charged for the room twice. And now I have to wait for you guys to reimburse me for the booking. Other than that the stay was great!

It was a nice hotel, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more than two (one new, one thin and old) towels and one tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The lampshades in our room were pretty mangled. Everything else was nice.

It was not the room we had booked on expedia . I had reserved a double room king but they said expedia was wrong and they gave me a double queen room instead. The hot tub was broken and late checkout was only 1130. Have had much better experiences other small hotels
