Hotel was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful for things to do in Lucerne. Breakfast was delicious and is a must if you are staying here. Restaurant and bar at night is also a really cool vibe with an open fire place.

It’s a very nice hotel, room is clean and location is also near Bahnhof. Also walking distance to Lucerne lake, very nice view from room windows. Breakfast is also great and I think over the past days of other hotel stays, this is best hotel breakfast spread we have here. Also got free Photo Booth for you to have fun pictures taken. Hotel toilet very funky.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Only a 9 min walk to the train station and lake. Our room was great, no noise from above or below, once we closed the window no traffic noise. Good size bathroom. Fabulous food in the restaurant. Very clean. We stayed for a week and thought it was good value. Breakfasts were a delight to come down to each morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is an old building in a great location that has been remodeled into a hipster kind of vibe. Not my favorite. There was no AC in the rooms so we had to keep the door open to be cool. The staff when we stopped at the bar were not attentive or friendly. There was not a lot of storage or drawers in the room. The rooms were dark. They chose form over function in their design which is why it wasn’t our favorite stay. That said, it might be your vibe. It’s well located and I applaud their effort to mix the old with the new. It just didn’t click for us.

This hotel is nice, albeit right in the middle of town. Breakfast was very good and our room was remarkably quiet for being on such a busy street. It is a bit of a trek from the train station but fine with smaller bags. The staff was courteous and professional, although not as friendly as we have found in other hotels during our travels here - perhaps it is the "bigger city way...".
