The staff was amazing and accommodating (especially Kirill on check in). Breakfast was wonderful and plenty to choose from. Room was clean and very nice. Great location with a bus connection to old town - right in front of he hotel.

I like that everything is so nicely set in the small room that you don’t feel that it is small. Very well maintained, bus stop just outside the door is so helpful. Only thing missing was a fan but we opened the window and we were fine.

The hotel is Budget, so compact room, but clean amd functional, even with 3 people. Check in staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful, but was made up for by staff on check out amd on breakfast duty, who were both very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and what we expected for a budget ibis. We got what we paid for in a tiny room with compact solutions to most things. The hotel is close to the train for easy connections and made for a great point to do Mt Pilatus on our way through. Staff were great and very helpful.

The hotel was very satisfactory. It had air-conditioning and all the amenities we needed. We stayed in a quadruple room with our kids. The bathroom was very tiny but fine for our short stay. Staff was very helpful when we arrived early in the day and needed to store our luggage until check-in. It is next to the main train station but about a 20 minute walk so not as close as you might expect.
