The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean and the breakfast is wonderful. The only reason I did not give it an excellent is because of the lack of air conditioning. It was extremely hot even with the windows open and the fans blowing. I would not recommend staying here in the summer. Also, the location was very nice.

The hotel overall was nice to stay with breakfast. The location was easy to access between Train station and other famous checkpoints in Luzern by bus. Bus stop is near the hotel which was attractive.

In very good location, breakfast good bonus. Unfortunately we travelled in heat wave so fan in room was not doing much and being on main road (busses passes every 20min till 1am) did not helped with our sleep.

The hotel was fine, although our room was smal for the price for 4 people. Biggest problem was no air conditioning during a record heat wave, so we entered a 35° room, with fans aimed at both sides of our space. The breakfast was excellent, and we all ate a hearty meal.

The location is excellent, and the staff is too. If you're looking for a place that is 'on the swank,' I wouldn't recommend this one. Agree with the previous commenters about the noise at night. But other than that is a place that you can find comfortable and you are right off the main tourist area of the town, so there's unlimited stuff in the area to do, within an easy walk of your front door.

Quaint hotel within walking distance of the Lucerne train station. Very good restaurants nearby. Breakfast included eggs and sausage, beyond the traditional American Continental breakfast. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to try the Peruvian Kitchen, but it looked amazing.
