Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy, if a bit less up to date than other nearby hotels. Great location close to everything. No AC but room stayed fairly comfortable overnight with a fan. Don’t expect every amenity but a very comfortable, basic hotel.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable- right in the center of old town with ready access to all modes of transportation Staff were very helpful especially Hussein who was very knowledgeable and helped us with trip planning They could do better with coffee and tra in the room though.

The hotel is in a great location, but it is very noisy at night, and the beds uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, so the rooms can get very hot during the summer. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is excellent in location and cleanliness. Staff is helpful. The thing is needed is the air conditioner. Breakfast I don’t know we didn’t have it because we left for early flight.

Our room was so nice! Large and updated, with a view of the mountains. Don’t judge the hotel by the older lobby, it is a great place to stay in an excellent location. We walked with our luggage to and from the train station in 10min

I had to wait a while until my room was ready which was okay but not the worst part, the towels were clearly dirty so were the sheets, I don’t know what chemicals they use to wash them but I was breaking out terribly all over my cheek where the pillow was. Also I had someone knocking at my door at 9.30 while I was getting ready to leave and clearly busy, I don’t tend to leave negative reviews but this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced in my life.
