Very quaint and efficient. Walking distance to most major sites in Lucerne. We walked to the ALDIs market to purchase food for our day trips on the train. Staff was wonderful

Great location

Great location to see most everything in Lucerne. Train station is close enough for us to carry our luggage to. The breakfast is fabulous and well staffed to ensure all entrees are stocked. Also very quiet, never heard anything for the 2 nights we stayed. Highly recommend!!!!

We got upgraded, nice and free breakfast, 15minutes walk from train station or buses except 5 at the left turn from hotel just 5minutes. 7 minutes walk to bridges, room is clean, service is great, staff are so nice, felt welcome.

Liked hotel, but A/C is weak!

This hotel was clean and nice. It offers A/C but the A/C was very weak and our room was very warm. We did like the location because it was a nice and easy walk to old town. The receptionist was very polite and had to come make our third bed because housekeeping forgot to. She offered us a free drink for the inconvenience which was very nice.

The women who worked at reception were unusually considerate and helpful, which got us off to a good start. The room was excellent; the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent; more like a 4-star than a 3-star hotel, which pleased this foodie. We also enjoyed the location -- quiet, but less than 20 minutes' walk from the train station.

Propery has AC, which was great!! Location and staff were excellent. Breakfast was decent. Room was top floor so we had roof rafters which made you have to duck not to hit your head. Didnt like that too much. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Overall, we had a very good stay. Though the times is a bit dated, it was ver clean and comfortable. Location was great. Less than 10 minute walk the Chapel bridge and the train/bus station. From check in to check out we had friendly staff help us out, Nathalie in particular was wonderful. Our room was just what we needed and we loved our view. The breakfast was delicious and regularly tended to and refilled. I definitely recommend as Lucerne is very expensive!

The staff were terrific, replying quickly to our questions and offering helpful information on public buses, which are complimentry with your hotel rate. Easily situated, it was an ideal location close to the train and great for walkability. The breakfast, which was inclided, was spot on, not only for its offerings, but also because It easily would have been expensive like everything else in Lucern.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Place was clean, main beds comfy. And am picky with my beddings and pillows. Just wish the towels were softer. A/C very much appreciated in the summer. Breakfast options were great. Awesome location. Very close to tourist spots as the Chapel bridge, Reuss bridge, and the Jesuit Church. Just 10 min walk to the bus station. 2 blocks from old town. Close but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. My family and I felt safe in this location. Would come back here again in the future.

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, and the breakfast was good. The price of properties in Lucerne is extremely high, and Hotel Drei Konige got good reviews. Maybe it was because we were there in August, but there were many restaurants in the area that were closed. Also, the room was very dark. However, it was clean, and the air conditioning worked.
