The front desk staff was very helpful and shared a lot of information. The hotel was very clean and we had a room on the courtyard which was very quiet and great for sleeping. We had to leave early so they provided a take away sandwich and bottle of water. It is very close to the train station which was very convenient for us since we were traveling by train. Wonderful city to visit.

Staff were excellent (except for waiter in the restaurant at night who was gruff and impatient). Room had a weird smell in it when we first entered. Smell eventually went with windows open wide. Breakfast was adequate though busy with tour groups and space felt cramped. Location excellent.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean with very “simple” furnishings. Location was convenient. Limited parking garage onsite worked well for us.. Only “negative” was that both the complimentary water bottle in the minibar was 1/4 full and hand soap in bathroom was almost empty upon arrival. Overall, we had a good one night stay.
