Our stay with 2 young kids was comfortable. We arrived late at night; checkout was easy, and the staff was helpful. Parking was across the street, which is not terrible but can be inconvenient. Love love this hotel. It was very clean and staff are super friendly. I’m definitely staying here again and will recommend everyone to check this place out. We took advantage of the bus right in front of the hotel. You can cross the street and be at the most peaceful part of Lake Luzern. I enjoyed my walk and dipping my feet in the lake. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the breakfast was heavenly.

Highly recommend this Hotel. We got upgraded (a lovely surprise) to a room with view over Lake Lucerne, beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were always friendly, very helpful. A bus stop outside the hotel was perfect to get into Lucerne but walking along the lake on the pathway to Lucerne was preferred, easy, safe, entertaining and just stunning. The common areas of the hotel were inviting and very comfortable. Breakfast had enough variety to please everyone, delicious. Thanks for our perfect stay.

Walkable but convenient to the bus stop and the hotel provides a bus pass! Great Mountain View’s along with lovely landscaping. Breakfast buffet nice but not varied so by day 4 we were bored of choices. Had to have a fan brought to room as AC was inadequate except in the hallway which was really cold.
