Staff was helpful at every turn. I appreciate the street parking because $45 a night can be intense. I also like the fact that there is a park about a quarter of a mile down running along the length of the LAX airport and it makes for a nice flight deck.

We forgot some souvenirs and a 2 gift cards in one of the night tables drawers, we called the hotel and said there was nothing there, we did left them, the person that clean the room must have taken them, and did not turn them in to the lost and found, unacceptable.

This hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was one of the highlights. There were many options to choose from, including hot and fresh food. Everything tasted great and was well organized. The stay was relaxing and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was good. The bathtub was old and peeling could not have a bath. Only a shower. The meal in the restaurant was worse than a fast food restaurant. Although the basic salad was good the chicken was overcooked and dry and wasn’t worth the extra paid to put chicken on salad. Not worth the $30.

Upon arriving in our room there were dirty dishes by our room door. Once we entered the room we discovered dirty napkins and tissues in the window still and drawers. We also had a dirty pillow with what looked to be blood drops. We asked them to replace the pillow and they never did. Our room was right outside of a smoking area. We constantly had to ask during our stay for clean towels. And the air in the room did not work. By day two we had to ask them to please bring us a box fan. Overall not a good stay. Which is a bummer since at first we thought it was goi g to be a good stay.
