My door battery was dead My TV had no connection I spent the first hour if my arrival with members of maintenance crew after a long day The next morning I was not able to exit the parking garage because the front desk person failed to tell me that I needed my room card to do so I was literally stuck in the parking garage creating a traffic jam ridiculous

The property itself is nice and customer service is good. However, breakfast at this place was absolutely chaotic, pricey and had a long wait time. Not ideal when one is arriving here at night after a long journey. They could do better with just a simple self-serve breakfast bar like other places rather than making guests wait for custom cooked "al a carte" menus especially when dining options nearby are limited. The location being near the airport doesn't have a lot of decent dining options nearby. Moreover, the surrounding suburbs don't seem to be that good.
