Lovely friendly staff who all were so welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great bed and some of the best pillows we’ve experienced in a hotel. Located near a supermarket and coffee shops makes it easy to grab essentials. Breakfast buffet was good but not high quality.

I tried to call hotel prior to arriving to get information about early check in and parking. Every time I called a person would answer and literally hang up on me. Then I emailed the hotel and I never got an answer back. Upon Arriving early , I was told my room was ready but that I couldn't check in until 4, it was 11:30. If I wanted my room , I could pay an additional $46. The parking was an additional $55, even though on hotels.com.It says it's free. They informed me that all third party reservations were wrong. The Check-in was rude and unwilling to work with me at all.I would not suggesting at this hotel.

the room a/c did not work properly and we had a horrible sleep. The shower head looks like it has not been cleaned since the hotel was built. The hallway to our room was not clean. On a positive note the staff were great and the breakfast was excellent for a continental.
