We have stayed here numerous times since it was a summer field suites years ago. Always a nice stay, this time was a little different. You can definitely tell it needs some updating (new carpet/flooring especially). Our room has a musty smell to it and the carpet was just dirty and the beds were tougher than normal. The area is beautiful and feels safe. Would still stay here again, even though it needs some work/updating.

This hotel is absolutely deplorable and should be avoided at all costs. Upon check-in, our first room had a broken air conditioner in over 90° heat. The second room reeked of cigarette smoke, and the third had a foul, unexplained odor. After seeing the conditions of three different rooms, we could not stay here because it was completely disgusting. Management, especially Adi, is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unfit to run this hotel. Sociale was also not helpful at all. To make matters worse, Adi still tried to charge us a cancellation fee even though the hotel was unlivable. This is a complete rip-off. The Hyatt brand desperately needs to provide serious customer service training, because this is by far the worst Hyatt we have ever encountered. Read the one-star reviews—they are 100% accurate. This hotel deserves zero stars, is a disgrace to the Hyatt name, and should be avoided entirely. Steer clear of this place.
