Toilet not fastened tightly to floor so sewer smells in bathroom. One ice machine which is located on 7 th floor. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly unless u slam it. Bathroom light comes on automatically when u enter room blinding u in middle of night. Was unable to find a way to turn it off.

Shuttle service was great. Employees were really nice. One complaint, and it's small, is that my curtain in my room had a big hole in it; it needed to be replaced. I heard a lot of people who came down for breakfast, wasn't informed the buffet wasnt free they had to have bought a voucher or it would be added to their room.

This is my 2nd. stay at the property and i must preface that level of service received reflects ‘consistent’ and ‘repeatable’ great performance by the team. One my return, the Ops Mgr: Raz instantly acknowledged me as a returning guest. It added such peasantries and warmth to my experience. Also, special thanks to Valerie for checking up on me and ensuring that I was settled and comfortable during my stay. Overall, the entire staff:team that I engaged with on the premises (the lobby, dining room, patio area and the elevator) were all kind and made we feel like a welcomed guest. Once again, thank you Raz, Valerie and team for going above and beyond your call of your duty.
