Airport shuttle was great. Staff outside the hotel was amazing. Especially the gentleman directing people to the shuttle/helping with valet parking. Biggest improvement would be making things more convenient. Online check-in, digital keys, signing stuff on paper, and able to see 3rd party bookings on the app. Join the rest of the industry in 2025.

The elevators and weren’t informed when I checked in. Had to go to the next door hotel to use their elevators and parking also was inconvenient because sharing with 2 other hotels and you’re not told you can only exit out of your side of the parking lot. Confusing and inconvenient. Prices in the restaurants extremely expensive

My room wasn’t cleaned I asked housekeeping and the front desk to have it cleaned before I left for the day when I returned it was dirty and dirty linens on floor and towels and the trash was overflowing. I asked front desk to help and they brought housekeeping supervisor and she lied saying my door had the do not disturb sign which is false. Her quick solution was to drop off clean towels and linens. When I went back to my room the clean towels and linens were stacked, I had no toilet paper and the dirty linens and towels still on the floor. It took 20 minutes to get toilet paper to my room, a basic need for sanity. I received horrible service. My room was never cleaned throughout the 3 days I stayed and worst off the housekeeping staff were unprofessional and spoke in Spanish but I’m bilingual so I understood what they were talking about. Completely unprofessional and staying at a hotel the point is to have your room cleaned - Sonesta LAX couldn’t even do that or make things better through courteous customer service. Will not book here ever again!
