We stayed there for 5 nights and nobody came to clean our room. We complained once on the 3rd day and requested for housekeeping and still nobody comes to clean the room for the rest of our stay. Also we couldn’t find parking on one of the nights we’re there.

The room was in ok condition and fairly clean inside. The bathrooms were poor functionality. Outside and common areas felt less clean. The hot tub is not somewhere you would want to be. The worst part is hearing the loud traffic from the nearby road and people noisily parking their cars directly below making sleep difficult.

The lack of sleep you’ll get at this place is insane. From crazy people just waking you at all hours of the night and morning. Every single day of our stay was restless and uncomfortable. The rooms have seen better days, the rooms smelled humid. The staff is very friendly and nice however. The location should be avoided if you value your rest and sanity.

I didn't like the $20 parking fee. Also, the floors are not carpeted. It makes for a very uncomfortable stay. Be careful you don't bump your shin on the bed frame, did that several times and now I have a bruise...Not comfortable AT ALL!
