Downtown of this small town like suburb of Los Angeles is just a few blocks walk, bus stops nearby and about 30 min drive to anywhere you would want to see or shop in Southern California. Bicycle paths, surfing and plenty of great restaurants a few minutes away. Walks on the local piers, whale watching and fishing also available in nearby areas. While there is no pool on the property, El Segundo offers four community pools and the beach is about 3 minutes away. Dining and fashion shopping about 5 min. away at El Segundo Plaza, The Point and Manhattan Village mall. Many parks nearby including the 18 acre El Segundo Recreation Park.
