Idris on reception was delightful. Professional, chatty and was happy to give us information about the local area. We requested fresh milk for tye room and went and fetched this himself for us. 5 star service from him😊 All the staff were chatty and courteous and couldn’t do enough for you. We would stay again for sure. We had a family room booked and this was big enough for 3 adults

Managed to get an early check in but in a different room. We were given an accessible room, which was fine, however the walk in shower did go all over the bathroom floor, as the shower curtain isn't quite wide or long enough. Bed was very comfy. Staff are really friendly. We were on the 2nd room and we did get noise from the street at night until quite early in the morning. We would stay again but would ask for a quieter/higher floor room if possible.

Hotel is in a good area and clean, rooms are larger with good storage, just some littel things, like the bar area closed with no notes for decorating, if i woukd of no this i would no of stayed, the door by the lifts slamming all night, their shoukd be a stopper for the noise,
