A brilliant location for exploring the cultural attractions along Southbank and easy walkable access into the West End. Also close to bus, tube and train connections. Comfortable, clean rooms, especially those with a river view are lovely. Excellent bar and restaurant options and the staff are really friendly, professional and efficient.

The hotel is beautifully appointed and clean with gorgeous views of the river and the city. The cocktail lounge offered delicious, creative cocktails and snacks. Everything we had in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was excellent. From the doorman to the servers to guest engagement executives Amian and William, everything needed to make our stay exceptional was provided. An excellent hotel. We highly recommend.

Good location and very walkable. This is not a luxurious hotel but the rooms are decent size, beds are firm and comfortable, shower is good and very clean. Ask for a north-facing room on the river side of the hotel and not in the pier that was added on the back/south.
