Breakfast was the best part. Room wasn’t refreshed daily as requested and lobby was a complete mess with children running around everywhere while adults sat in lounge area; food all over lobby floor from them.

There was banging noise in the middle of the night on top of our room. The next morning when checking out we saw other room being under construction, which should not be done in the night when people are trying to sleep.

We were in a premium plus room which had more room, coffee maker, fridge, water. Comfortable bed and great shower. Convenient location from airport 2/3. Happy hour. Good breakfast. This was our second visit.

generally a good option if you need to stay near Heathrow airport, transfer 6 pounds. The only thing I dislike is washbasin faucet produces many thin, high-pressure streams that splash everywhere and onto the floor, yet the water flow is minimal. By the time you finish brushing your teeth, you end up completely soaked.
