Overall, the hotel room was clean and it was very easy to check in and out. The hotel is very convenient as it is located near the airport and there are buses provided at a decent price.

One of the best hotels my family has stayed out. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable! Really liked the convenience of the shuttle buses. My family and I really enjoyed the bar & restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again when we pass through London Heathrow!

I only stayed here for 1 night for a flight the next day. It's a lovely hotel and very convenient to get to from T2 as there is regular hoppa buses. The room was spacious and clean.
