Overall a pleasant and quiet stay although carpet needs to be replaced in a number of areas due to bleach stains. The bathtub shower combo was too narrow and was a safety hazard. Should be replaced with a walk-in shower like other Premier hotels that we have stayed at.

Staying at airport offers advantages and disadvantages. We opted to stay there for easy access to transit systems and tight timelines for our itinerary. The staff were pleasant. Buffet style breakfast was a convenient way to fuel up for the day. Overall comfort of bed, pillows, room temperature etc. was just “OK”. Good enough for a short stay but I wouldn’t want to stay for days. Room had a bit of a musty odour, shower facilities were good with decent water pressure but the toilet did not seem to want to flush most of the time (no pressure - often took several attempts to achieve a proper flush). 3/5.

The room was all right, except that the walls of the room were all banged up with a lot of scratches. A layer of fresh paint will resolve that. The AC was fantastic! I paid for the buffet breakfast, and it was rather good.

It’s within a walking distance from Heathrow terminal 4 by a covered walkway. Terminal 4 can be reached from any other terminal by a free underground train service
