This was a great layover stay for us. Breakfast was overpriced but everything else was great. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. You can get to it from any airport terminal. Take the free train to terminal 4 and look for the hotel sign. Then walk the corridor to get to it. You'll see other hotel signs along the way.

Arrived after traveling all night at 8:00 am and was able to get an early check in for 15GBP. Managed to get six hours sleep which was much needed. Our room and bathroom were clean and met all our needs. Nothing too fancy. Terminal 4 is connected to the hotel so very convenient to any other terminal by the free train. Hotel staff were excellent. The hotel has a Costa coffee shop with snacks and an adjacent bar/restaurant with a comprehensive menu including a good vegan/gluten free selection. Staff were very friendly and food good. Highly recommend this hotel for convenience, price and service.

At both Premiere properties that we stayed at in London the toilet tissue was cheap, flimsy and practically useless. For this reason alone I will avoid Premiere properties in the future. Otherwise I had no issues.

I have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and always enjoy my stay. It is clean. Affordable. A bit inconvenient to Terminal 5, but manageable. The food in the restaurant is good. And all of the employees I came in contact with were very friendly. For some reason my room felt humid, which was strange as it was January... Other than that, I had another good stay and will return in the future. Thank you.

Nice place but the hot water stopped in the middle of a shower So had to get out as we were on a transit stop . Couldn’t call the front desk as we had to leave within 20 minutes to catch the bus to terminal 5
