Great hotel, in the perfect area. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was located either walking distance or a quick train ride away from everywhere we needed to go. Staff was also accommodating when our flight was canceled.

Room was excellent, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Good location and wonderfully designed hotel. The only downside was that the restaurant and bar were rented out to outside parties while we were there which didn't allow us to use it. This is part of why we booked the hotel so we were disappointed that they didn't still provide service to the hotel guests, who paid a lot to be there. It seems like there is a way to host private events while not reducing your service to hotel guests.

We liked this hotel and found it very walkable and convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, many major attractions are located just outside of Coventry Gardens.
