Older hotel with a lot of airport guests. Rooms were decent in size. It’s about 25 mins from terminal 5 with both taxis and a shuttle available for a fee. Convenient and served its purpose. Sound-proofing was excellent.

This property is very competitively priced as it can’t we walked to from the nearest terminal T4. However, Hatton Cross tube and bus station is one stop away from T4 on the Piccadilly Line and buses also run from T4 every 10 minutes to Hatton Cross. The hotel is about 300m walk from Hatton Cross station. If you are comfortable with an outdoor walk this is fine. Very good value.

The waiter at the hotel restaurant was amazingly professional but so welcoming and funny. He made us laugh from the time we walked into the restaurant along with his coworkers, that we talked too. Really good cool staff on the resultant end of the hotel. Now as for the front desk as a front desk employee I give my best to the customer I did not get their best.

Nice room. The elevator is great but needs a service elevator. Missed some usage due to large carts taking up the space. Misleadingly says airport shuttle-it’s not free. Mattresses too firm. Close to bus stop. We used it as base for trip to Windsor the day before we departed from Heathrow.

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in London, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile.
