If you’re flying in and out of terminal 4 at Heathrow, this is the place to stay. You’re a 5 minute walk within building to the terminal. Absolutely brilliant to have this option available. Service was good - room was big and the shower pressure was 10/10!

I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza London Heathrow! The service was fantastic — the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The facilities were okay — nothing too fancy, but everything was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying again.

We had an early morning flight from Terminal 4, and the hotel’s location was perfect — it’s conveniently connected to the terminal via a covered walkway, making travel stress-free. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A great choice for anyone flying out early!

We liked this property as it was a 5 minute walk from terminal 4 to the hotel. Even though it was an airport hotel we never heard any planes, very quiet. The food was good and the breakfast was great. The service of the staff was very good too. Beds were very comfortable.

Convenient for an overnight stay before early flight at terminal 4. Foot bridge provides direct access to the terminal which makes getting to the airport a breeze. Room was clean, nice shower amenities, however handwash was empty so I had to step into the shower tans use the body wash when washing hands.
