"The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the room itself was comfortable, we did have some issues with the bathroom. We were assigned an accessible room without requesting one, and the shower leaked significantly across the floor. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were non-functional. It was a bit disappointing as everything else about the stay was great."

"The rooms were extremely outdated, wallpaper falling off the walls, bathroom had mold, floors seemed dirty. The only positives were that the beds were clean and the air conditioner blew cold and worked great."

Geroge Strait was in town for two live shows and I’m sure they were rushing to clean rooms as others checked out but that’s not acceptable. The front desk employee was very nice and attentive. I did not complain to them because there were ZERO rooms in this small town due to the concert and we arrived the day of."
