The girl who checked us in was VERY rude and was not paying attention. she made our stay very uncomfortable and we will not be coming back. It's a shame because we had a great timr our first trip, but I'm not paying to be treated that way. They need a staff upgrade.

This is an excellent property probably the best than Lubbock only drawback is parking is tough and the elevator in the building is slow so please request a room on the main floor the faces the courtyard of the pool

We love staying at Cotton Court but feel that $150 a night for the dog to stay is really outrageous. A quiet well-behaved dog that doesn’t cause any damage shouldn’t be treated the same as a dog that is loud or damages the property. Surely you could come up with a damage deposit that more appropriately addresses the issue.

The seat in the bathtub was broken, I sat on it while in the shower and it broke and I fell in the tub and had to go to the emergency room, they hotel staff just acted like it was a common occurrence and didn’t say anything when I told them about it.
