We love staying at Cotton Court but feel that $150 a night for the dog to stay is really outrageous. A quiet well-behaved dog that doesn’t cause any damage shouldn’t be treated the same as a dog that is loud or damages the property. Surely you could come up with a damage deposit that more appropriately addresses the issue.

The seat in the bathtub was broken, I sat on it while in the shower and it broke and I fell in the tub and had to go to the emergency room, they hotel staff just acted like it was a common occurrence and didn’t say anything when I told them about it.

We got into town late and when we got to our hotel we found clothes tags on the table, hair pins, dry food pieces near the bed, dried contact lens and large stains on the floor and these all posed a hazard to my 12 month infant, crawling, and 2 year old also staying the night. All staff were friendly and attentive. We had a large group and this place was perfect! Amazing courtyard area with seating and fire pits, live music and the hotel food was a great variety. We all really enjoyed our long weekend here. Rooms were well stocked with snacks and a fridge full of beverages (for a cost of course). Very clean and housekeeping brought fresh towels everyday. Overall we would stay here again for sure and highly recommend.
