Loved it! Very cool room that was very clean! Hospitality was terrific, in room fridge stocked wonderfully, awesome shower head with perfect water pressure, comfortable bed, and a restaurant with great food and great service! We will definitely stay again and plan on finding other Valencia hotels.

Hidden gem here in Lubbock.Will now be my go to place to stay here. Rooms are very clean, well set up and roomy. Has many things to do and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room Had a strange smell and the shower and bathroom floors were not cleaned. Shower had pooling water in the back corners with black chunks in it. Problem was not fixed by cleaning staff after front desk was told. We left 1 day earlier than planned. We have always had good experiences at this hotel but it looks like we may try another property next trip out to Lubbock.

Enjoyed the stay but was surprised to find they increased the pet fee to $150. I stay there several nights at a time every 6 to 8 weeks but this will probably be my last time. It is hard to justify the fee for my 8lb Pekingese who never causes any issues.
