Furniture, beds, shower curtains, and towels had multiple stains. No toiletries in bathroom and had to go ask the front desk multiple times for towels, toiletries, and bedding. Kept being given wrong items (ie: bath mat instead of towels, mattress cover instead of blankets, lotion instead of body wash) Waa given a travel size of shampoo, conditioner, and bono body wash and told that’s all they had. We had 4 people in our room to share a single travel size bottle. All the surfaces and remote were oily and sticky. My son got stuck in the elevator and nobody responded to the call to help.

The beds were uncomfortable. The tub was clogging up and not draining so we have to take a shower with water up to our ankles. The breakfast there was terrible, watery breakfast meats and eggs. The door to the bathroom did not lock either so we had to worry about privacy issues.

Hot tub was super gross with a brown greasy scale on the tiles, and the room don’t seem vacuumed or wiped down. There was coffee on the end table and what looked like baking soda on the floor. I have pictures of those. The shower didn’t drain properly either.

The staff was friendly, but the hotel in general felt very neglected. Neither of the treadmills were working. The hot tub was filthy. There were spills and splatters on the walls in our room and bathroom. Slow draining shower. Hair in the bathroom. Breakfast dining area was filthy - not cleaned after previous diners. The fire alarm went off at 6:30am. Any noise from the hallway could easily be heard in the room. The beds were comfy. The coffee was good for hotel standards. The soaps and shampoos smelled nice. First experience with a Wingate and not super impressed.
