Do not stay here.. I had to because I booked and paid before I seen it in person huge mistake and it was non refundable. The hotel smells clean but room was dirty the stairs well was dirty the breakfast dishes were dirty and appliances were dirty the staff in the kitchen even looked dirty and housekeeping was unprofessional dressing in clothes showing there ass cracks. My room was dusty the restroom was dirty shower had hard water stains so make it look nasty my toilet had pee all over it so I had to clean it because it was late when I got to my room. I don’t recommend at all.

Room was not really cleaned, it looked like it was just picked up to get by. One of the elevators was full of some type of dirt that was swept off to a corner. There was visible trash in both elevators, especially where the door slides open and close. House keeping was knocking on our door before check out asking what time we were leaving. Then they proceeded to try and open the door, if it wasn’t for the latch at the top they would’ve been able to come in. Someone should really walk through after “cleaning” is done to make sure it’s right.

Everything was so dirty. When you first walk in there’s a few rugs in the lobby that look like they haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. The floor looks like it’s just mopped over with out sweeping. The elevator was super dirty. The carpet in the room was stained, looks very old and ran down. Our room over all was dirty, housekeeping doesn’t even try to clean up in the corners, there was trash by the couches, and random candy. The shower curtaIn was super dirty looking, and a fourth of it was cut off. The furniture looks so dirty and ran down, definitely needs to be upgraded or get someone to really clean it. The floor that had tile in the room looked like it hasn’t been swept up in a while, and lastly we didn’t have a blow dryer nor iron available for use.

The worst day I’ve ever had in Lubbock .. There was a bag over the fire alarm, leftover food in the drawer, standing water in the ice bucket, glass in the bathroom floor, the coffee pot was broken, shampoo and conditioner was empty, and they put extra containers in the side of the shower, the towels were see-through
