We are a family of four, Mom, Dad and 2 kids. The only selling point for choosing this hotel over the hundreds here in Vegas was the pools. We checked did the pre check in through my phone before arriving and specified that I wanted 2 beds for parents and 2 kids. I also specified that I wanted a no. Smoking room near the pool. So when we arrived I went up to the front desk to check in with myself and my wife and kids, the employee Oscar never once mentioned the new rules the owner of this place had made up. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED IN POOL AREA! The ONLY reason I chose this place! I went to the pool with my daughter while my wife and son got ready to join us and as my daughter was ankle deep in the water we were met with security. He told me he apologized but that anyone under 16 years of age isn’t allowed in this area even if they’re with an adult. He said it was a rule the owner just changed. I was in disbelief. Seeing my daughters smile just fade away was so upsetting and heartbreaking. This was the ONLY thing she was looking forward to on this whole trip. I feel like our trip is ruined now and all because Tuscany suites couldn’t inform us of this ahead of time. No where on their website does it state these new pool rules so believe me when I say I’m very upset.

We loved the pool area. It was nice and a very family oriented. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was nice and we enjoyed our suite The only thing that I would comment on is that the billboard put up a sign honoring Charlie Kirk’s death and I felt that politically motivated signs should not be placed on a hotel even though that was a tragic event. There is no place for that.

My personal opinion.

Well I stayed in this resort several times because the property is really very close to the strip so I don’t have to deal with the terrible traffic and besides that it’s free parking. The rooms are very comfortable very nice bed and they have room service. The swimming pools is very nice and the restaurants have great food. So the location is perfect. Great service too.

The pool area was great. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the casino and restaurants. We really liked the coffee shop. The rooms AC was super noisy, we were out of body wash from day one told the front desk but body wash was never refilled. Shower head also dripped tge whole time.

What a great value! Stay half a mile from the strip and pay half the price. Large and comfortable rooms, several eateries that we frequented (loved dinner at Bistecca), 5-dollar blackjack tables in their friendly casino, large pool and hot tub (actually, two of each), fitness center--something for everyone. We loved this place and would go back in a second if we return to Vegas.

On line reservations were easy. The rooms very clean and large. Very comfortable bed. The grounds were immaculate. The restaurants in the hotel had a wide variety of options and were fresh and surprisingly affordable. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It's located mid strip about 1/2 mile from the strip. We found this so convenient to walk and not worry about finding a place to park or take taxis. The staff friendly and smiling and personable. The casino was much smaller than the larger casinos, but this added to the appeal. Not crowded or smoky. I highly recommend this place for a safe, comfortable stay near where the action is at a lot less expense.
