We are a family of four, Mom, Dad and 2 kids. The only selling point for choosing this hotel over the hundreds here in Vegas was the pools. We checked did the pre check in through my phone before arriving and specified that I wanted 2 beds for parents and 2 kids. I also specified that I wanted a no. Smoking room near the pool. So when we arrived I went up to the front desk to check in with myself and my wife and kids, the employee Oscar never once mentioned the new rules the owner of this place had made up. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED IN POOL AREA! The ONLY reason I chose this place! I went to the pool with my daughter while my wife and son got ready to join us and as my daughter was ankle deep in the water we were met with security. He told me he apologized but that anyone under 16 years of age isn’t allowed in this area even if they’re with an adult. He said it was a rule the owner just changed. I was in disbelief. Seeing my daughters smile just fade away was so upsetting and heartbreaking. This was the ONLY thing she was looking forward to on this whole trip. I feel like our trip is ruined now and all because Tuscany suites couldn’t inform us of this ahead of time. No where on their website does it state these new pool rules so believe me when I say I’m very upset.

Room was clean but the air conditioning unit was kind of loud. Dispenser for body wash was empty, but housekeeping filled it quickly after a call. Area around the location had lots of temporary construction due to the upcoming F1 race, so traffic moved a little slower than usual.

The check-in process at the front desk was smooth. I had received an email from the hotel regarding check-in, but I didn’t have time to read it, so I only noticed it after entering the room. The room itself is very spacious and clean, but it is located right next to the elevator, and the noise makes it difficult to sleep without earplugs. I assume I was placed in Building A because it’s farther away but convenient since I have a car, and that part doesn’t bother me. However, the noise from the room does concern me.

Gigantic room with 2 queen beds and kitchenette. We loved the pool area and the staff was great. The TV still emits light when turned off: bring your eye mask or unplug the TV for better sleep

Generally I really enjoy staying there but the first room I was in had a shower that you couldn't get hot. The second room I walked into smelled like pot and even though the AC unit was set to cool it kept pumping out heat so I had to turn it off.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are huge and clean with a seating area and refrigerator and kitchen/sink area. There is no microwave in the room. You must request it each day until one is available and quantities are limited. Distance from the Sphere is excellent. The workout facilities are great, lots of machines, weights, racks and benches. The pool is very nice. The value for the price of these rooms is high. Especially if you are seeing a show at the Sphere. It is walking distance to the sphere and only about a 15 minute ride to the airport.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The front desk at check-in and in the evening did not even pretend to want to assist me. Michelle, and several other security people were very kind and helpful. The pool area was nice.
