We are a family of four, Mom, Dad and 2 kids. The only selling point for choosing this hotel over the hundreds here in Vegas was the pools. We checked did the pre check in through my phone before arriving and specified that I wanted 2 beds for parents and 2 kids. I also specified that I wanted a no. Smoking room near the pool. So when we arrived I went up to the front desk to check in with myself and my wife and kids, the employee Oscar never once mentioned the new rules the owner of this place had made up. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ALLOWED IN POOL AREA! The ONLY reason I chose this place! I went to the pool with my daughter while my wife and son got ready to join us and as my daughter was ankle deep in the water we were met with security. He told me he apologized but that anyone under 16 years of age isn’t allowed in this area even if they’re with an adult. He said it was a rule the owner just changed. I was in disbelief. Seeing my daughters smile just fade away was so upsetting and heartbreaking. This was the ONLY thing she was looking forward to on this whole trip. I feel like our trip is ruined now and all because Tuscany suites couldn’t inform us of this ahead of time. No where on their website does it state these new pool rules so believe me when I say I’m very upset.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the lights in the room. Specially the bathroom, very hard to see face/hair while getting ready. But really love coffee and refrigerator in room. Would stay again.

The Tuscany Suites and Casino is a wonderful place to come for your Vegas getaway! It’s a close and easy walk to the strip or a very short Uber or a taxi ride. It’s within a close drive to the Harry Reid International Airport, but not too close where you’re not bombarded with the sounds of the airport and airplanes. It has great amenities so if you’re back at the resort, wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle, you’ve got several great food options with the bars, restaurants and cafés. And if you want to stay local, the casino within the Tuscany has so many options. This is definitely the place to gamble on you will not be disappointed!

Always a great stay. Marilyn’s Cafe is awesome, food and staff are amazing. Parking is free. Rooms are large and clean. Water pressure is strong. Great selection of slot machines and keno machines. Highly recommend this hotel.
