Worse stay ever

This has been one of the worse hotels stays I ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I would have rather stay at the homeless motel 6 next door. The only thing this hotel missed to give them all zero stars was cockroaches. The frost room they gave look raunchy, ran down, dirty, and on top of that the toilet would leak and it leaked on my wife legs and close. I went down and complained they moved us to another room and the same on that one to, dirty ran down cigarette burn marks on the carpet both sliding door in our rooms u couldn’t even see out of. In our second room I wanted to use the phone complain about the bed sheets having stains and getting them replaced and there wasn’t even a wire hook the phone, so we went down stairs to the front desk to complain and they never came to change out the sheets. Never again staying here.

Needs improvement

Needs to improve 1 Replace all those small pillows with larger one 2 update the bathrooms. 4 days there I had no hot water 3 replace those lamps. Not good one had problems turning on 4 the AC is loud. 5 replace that parking app/company. They suck. And when I asked your front desk people. The response was I don’t anything about that not good 6 you have a tables in the rooms with one chair should have 2 chairs. 7 need security in the parking garage and lot 8 the floor on 6 need to be redone

The place is a little run down has s dirty feeling no room service as far as cleaning an fresh towels for 4 days. Said would get water each day never saw 300.00 dollar deposit an 145 resort fee was never told about till check in. Would never stay here again

Overall I had a good stay. I upgraded my room and it was fine. My friend also stayed but didn't upgrade and his room wasn't very nice (lamps broken and bathtub plugged). Limited options for food now that Hooters has shut down. Staff and dealers were very pleasant. Probably won't stay here again

At check in I don’t know the deposit would be $300 but the guy at the front desk specifically stated to me “we’ll return your deposit as soon as you check out.” Then at checkout day the very same person said 2 to 3 days and denied ever stating “as soon as you check out.” Never stay here again.
