The property was worn out, in serious need of a refresh. Services were limited -housekeeping by request not automatic, no bell hops, casino smoky and it is right by the airport so there is plane noise. Staff was friendly.

My stay at the hotel could have been more enjoyable if the property were better maintained. The suite appeared dated and in need of renovation. One of the electrical outlets was broken, which prevented me from safely using the microwave and coffee maker due to exposed wires. Additionally, the bedroom lacked basic furnishings such as a dresser or chair, offering only the bed and nightstands. The carpeting was also noticeably worn and in need of cleaning.

Staff was very friendly. The problem was nobody ever cleaned our room during our stay. They have a number to call. I called every day at noon, before we left and when we came back to the hotel, the room was not cleaned.

Everything is a little run down, broken or old. Bare minimum lodging, parking is $20 and the restaurant is closed. Great location for a quick walk to the strip. Casino is sort of small and there is 1 bar. Steaks and Shakes had food that was as you'd expect from a burger joint.

UPON CHECK IN TO ROOM, FOUND THE BATHROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED SINCE PREVIOUS OCCUPANT. CALLED & CONTACTED TILL SECOND DAY WHEN IT FINALLY GOT CLEANED. THE PILLOWS ARE AMAZING. STAFF ON CASINO FLOOR NICE. HARD TO FIND COFFEE AVAILABLE, CHECK THE BAR AND YOU'LL FIND SOME. CHECK IN NOT UNTIL 4PM EXACT. NEVER RECEIVED FREE $5.00 SLOT PLAY. Look like a halfway renovated dump. Staff was rude, and that’s only when they did respond. Room was wrong. Dirty. Very cheap for the price paid. Still says hooters everywhere.

Never ever stay here. The bathtub didn’t drain so switched rooms and same issue with that room. The morning of checkout we found a notice under the door stating their smoking sensor detected something at 2:08 am which we were sleeping. When we disputed the alarm as they said it was a $500 charge the front desk refused to come check the room and verify that we are non smokers and that we did nothing to set off the sensor at 2 in the morning. They told us we had to fill out a report with security which they said they had nothing to do with it besides give us the form. Another couple was also at security with the same issue but they weren’t even in their room at the time it went off. This seems to be a scam the hotel is using to charge the extra $500 making it very difficult to dispute. I sent email to 2 managers of the hotel with no responses. Now I’m am having to work with Visa to refuse the charges. Do not book here for any price. Horrible place.

I didn’t like that even though I was staying at the hotel, they charge me 19.99 a night to park there. The blow dryer didn’t work work and the iron leaked all over. No fridge or coffee maker

A lot of things seemed like it could use some maintenance. One of the elevators wasn’t working. There was a lot of broken and old elements for the hotel. I was really upset that they would not bag check my bag.
