The property was worn out, in serious need of a refresh. Services were limited -housekeeping by request not automatic, no bell hops, casino smoky and it is right by the airport so there is plane noise. Staff was friendly.

I didn’t like that even though I was staying at the hotel, they charge me 19.99 a night to park there. The blow dryer didn’t work work and the iron leaked all over. No fridge or coffee maker

A lot of things seemed like it could use some maintenance. One of the elevators wasn’t working. There was a lot of broken and old elements for the hotel. I was really upset that they would not bag check my bag.

It was COMPLETELY Misrepresented by the photos. The hotel has a new name but is very run down! The rooms have a moldy and smokey smell even though the room is non smoking. The bathroom was actually dirty. Counters not wiped off, Floors were dirty and the Tub was so gross. Water built ip at your feet and 10⁰⁰would not drain properly. Staff did not come make the beds or give us fresh towels

This was the worst stay ive ever had. The rooms were disgusting. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned, I booked 2 rooms 2 queen beds and both rooms only had 1 full bath towel in them, romms and hallway smelt like weed and cigs and none of us smoke, i booked strip view and we got 2 rooms with back of building views, i booked 2 rooms connected rooms and we got 2 rooms seperate 10 rooms away from each other, hooters resturant was shut down the whole time, the pool closed at 6pm the first night and the other day was shut completely down all day, only 1 elevator worked, paid resort fees for no free breakfast no pool and I had to pay for parking seperate, no shuttle services to anywhere, my beds had 4 sheets under them so they could just take the dirty sheet off and beds were already made. I could keep going.. I was also charged 300 dollar deposits for each room even though i booked 2 rooms together. I wiah I could have left and went somewhere else but I was already charged for the rooms so i had no choice but to stay. I will never go back there and I will be telling everyone that I know to never go there.
