As a certified police officer, I was trespassed from the premises at 2am for having my duty firearm in my possession. Woken up out of bed to be kicked out of the suite. Terrible communication and service from security. The first 2 days I was never contacted by anyone and I had my firearm on my hip as I was on business. Will never stay here again. Also telling all Law Enforcement I know to not stay here.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and a had a wonderful spirit the suite was very clean and had a wonderful view the pull out sofas were actually comfortable and well taken care of would highly recommend this location to family’s with children.

In one bedroom. We had no hot water, no air conditioning, no TV, no working outlets in the bathroom. The final morning the toilet clogged. We are all women over menopause and therefore nothing that shouldn't go down the toilet didn't. In large room. Floor filthy, phone filthy, no air conditioning, no TV. Sink clogged and toilet in large bathroom. Faucet in kitchen sink was just hanging when we got there and the sofa sleeper mattress was very thin and old. We will not be staying in Palms Place next year and I will be writing a Google review.

When we first got into the room, we noticed that there were pee stains on the pullout couch that made it into a bed. The kids had to sleep on the floor. The room listed it to have a full kitchen. There were no cooking utensils, knives, forks, or spoons. We had to eat our food with our hands. Most of the wall plugs did not work, making it very difficult to charge all of our phones tablets and iPads. When I went downstairs to request a set of fresh towels, they told me it was going to cost me five dollars a towel. I have traveled the world and stayed in low and high-end hotels. I have never been asked to pay any fee for a fresh set of towels. Therefore, I’m asking for a full refund to be put back on my original credit card that I use for payment.

Kitchen was fully equipped although we did not use it. We were pleasently surprised with the washer and dryer in the unit. We had a small patio facing the strip and a huge patio facing the mountains which we didnt expect. Awsome place

Everything was great. Bed was very comfortable and the view was awesome. I do wish the balcony was open. The shower was great, lots of pressure but there was a piece of trim that was loose. Not a problem at all, just needs a little attention. I was super comfortable.
