Stay away from stayview suites unless you book direct through the Palms, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired, and we had a lot of issues with broken fixtures and lack of support from stay view suites was an absolute joke, from the first day the bath tub had no water, chewing gum stuck on mirror behind the bed, air con in bedroom not functional, torn carpets, broken telephone and a ridiculous amount of dust and grime, also the fire does not stay on,we were promised compensation but this was then denied on check out and emails are now ignored. Honestly the palms is great but i will not return .

Room requires maintenance. Many light bulbs were out or blink made nighttime dark. Others items seem not to function correctly, not deal break but reduce overall experiences. For example, window curtains unable to fully cover light gap in the morning, patio balcony is lock unable to open it, fire place not work, bottom freezer frozen block, dryer not heat, garage disposal and dishwasher is not really function.

Kinda dingy and wore-out feeling room. Great views, though. We reserved a "1850 sq ft suite", but what we got were two separate hotel rooms that no way totaled 1850 sq ft. So if you think youre going to get one large suite, youre not. Youre going to get separate rooms. This was a disappointment.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. We were not aware the units were owned by private owners and any requests had to be requested through them. The unit we stayed in was unsanitary. Bed sheet and blanket for the pull out sofa was not replaced with clean ones and had red stains on them. I asked the front desk for clean ones and they told me I had to reach out to the owner to request for them or else they would charge me for it. So I had to take pictures and email it to them before they agreed to bring me clean ones. Other unsanitary conditions: food was left behind and under the couch, the king bed sheets were also stained, parts of the carpet were wet. We booked a 2 night stay and only stayed one night, checked out and into a different hotel. Anyone considering booking this hotel, beware and don't trust the pictures. Go to other websites and read the reviews. Pros: free parking and security staff were really nice. It still wasn't enough to want to stay here.

Our experience with Palm Place was extremely disappointing. We booked a room with a kitchen specifically because our children have food allergies and need meals prepared in the room. However, the cooktop was not working, and there were insufficient cooking utensils such as a spatula, lids, and pans. The sofa bed was ripped, the night lamp had no bulb, and the water appeared dirty. We contacted Palm Place management multiple times and were told someone would come to fix the issues, but despite 4–5 follow-ups during our stay, no one resolved them. Only one person came to inspect the cooktop, said owner approval was needed to replace it, and then left. After that, there was no further response. Even the Expedia team attempted to contact management, but Palm Place refused to address the problems. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never stay at Palm Place again and will strongly advise my friends and family not to stay there either.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at The Palms Place ! The staff were so friendly and efficient, always ready with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Check in was way after 4pm and it was very inconvenient. Front desk said they will text me when it was ready. They never did. I went back to the front desk at 445pm and then there was issue with my check in with a name typo. Other than that it was all good. Thank you.
