Info about changes to shuttle schedule was not available online or via the automated phone messaging; they posted it at the check in line! The non-smoking room wreaked of smoke. There was no food available after 9 pm. No one was answering phones, not even security and was unable to get bottled water and the operator said she didn’t know if they had any on the premises!

This was the third time I've stayed in a room at this level in this hotel but the room seemed more run-down this time, which I was trying to avoid by choosing this level. It was also noisy on at least the weekend. There was a small refrigerator and microwave and iron and board, adequate soap, shampoo, towels etc, but no coffee maker or alarm clock. Bed was pretty good. Room was clean enough but somehow seemed dark and unattractive.

Well I checked in at 1 am in the morning. My room was ready, and they set up my accommodations immediately. But as soon as I got to my room I wanted to take a shower. I turned on the water and noticed the dirties wash rag sitting on top of the shower curtain probably from the previous guest. Which officially grossed me out. Saturday night I get back to the hotel and the elevator is out so I had to walk the four flights of stairs up to my room. Sunday morning was a real treat. At 6 am in the morning about 15 police officers raided the room next to me because there was some working girls that had outstayed their welcome at the silver sevens. Needless to say I was traumatized.

The location and cost for this property are great. But with that you get a place that is not top rate. Toilet/shower area was very small and cramped. Smell of the place was not great either. Dark hallways and not too inviting. But overall an okay place to stay.
