Palms Place requires a **refundable security deposit authorization of $100 per night**, collected directly by the hotel at check-in. The authorization is released after checkout, subject to the hotel’s inspection and your financial institution’s processing time.
This residence is privately owned and managed. Daily housekeeping is not included. Additional towels, linens, toiletries, or housekeeping services may be requested through Palms Place for an additional charge, subject to availability.

* Guests must comply with all Palms Place policies, building rules, and applicable local ordinances
* The primary booking guest must meet Vrbo’s minimum age requirements and remain responsible for the reservation throughout the stay
Unauthorized parties, excessive noise, smoking, pets, property damage, or other serious rule violations may result in removal from the property without a refund and may incur additional charges.
### Refundable Hotel Security Deposit
At arrival, Palms Place will place a **refundable security-deposit hold of $100 per night, up to a maximum of $500**, on the guest’s credit or debit card.
This is an **authorization hold, not a charge**. The hold is fully refundable and will be released by the hotel after checkout, provided there are no damages or other outstanding charges. The time it takes for the funds to become available may vary depending on the guest’s bank or card issuer.
